Once you are happy with your summary you can checkout through our website too, then our cleaning managers will be notified and your clean will be added to our schedule. The online booking system is based on average house sizes, so in some cases extra charges may need to be added based on the size of your home or dirt build up, in this case a manager will discuss this with you on the cleaning date.

  • Schedule a site survey or call back online, allowing you to take your time and provide us with your details at your convenience. Our online platform enables you to select a preferred time slot that suits your schedule best. Once your request is submitted, our managers will promptly receive the information and be prepared to visit or call you back on the chosen date.

It’s not always possible to provide an exact time of arrival, but we strive to maintain consistency in our cleaning schedule. Therefore, we have established two different arrival windows: morning arrival, which is between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm, and afternoon arrival, which is between 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm. These windows allow our cleaners sufficient travel time between jobs and ensure that all tasks are completed according to our specifications. When booking through our online portal, you will have the option to specify your preferred arrival window, and when contacting us by phone, we will discuss this arrangement with you.

In some cases, unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing a delay for our team. If we need to adjust your arrival window to the afternoon or reschedule your appointment for another day, one of our team members will personally contact you to discuss the situation and determine the best course of action to proceed with your clean.

  • Weekly: If you’re seeking a regular professional cleaning service for your house, we have the perfect option for you. Enjoy the convenience of scheduled cleanings on a weekly basis, accompanied by a generous 15% discount on every visit.
  • Fortnightly: Experience regular cleaning services every two weeks, and benefit from a delightful 7.5% discount on each visit.
  • Daily: For those considering daily or multiple weekly cleanings, we typically don’t recommend this option for the majority of our customers. However, if you specifically desire daily or frequent cleanings, we recommend scheduling a site survey with one of our managers. They will personally visit your property and discuss the most suitable solution tailored to meet your specific requirements.

Indeed, There Are Specific Items That Fall Outside Our Cleaning Services.

TEKA Services is dedicated to ensuring your home is both comfortable and clean. However, there are certain tasks that fall outside the scope of our services. Please take note of the following activities we do not perform:
